The Urschel Model RA-A is an industrial, high-capacity food processing machine used primarily for dicing, slicing, and strip-cutting a massive variety of food products with precise, uniform accuracy. Food production plants use this specific machine because it cuts cleanly without crushing the product, which preserves the juices, extends shelf-life, and ensures the food looks highly appetizing in its final packaging.
