Overview
Union Process Szegvari Attritor circulation grinding system, Model QL-25, with grinding tank and recirculation/holding tank. System has been in service since approximately 2018/2019 and is reported in good working condition. The grinding arm and several additional wear components were recently replaced. QL-25 grinding tank has approximately 27.5 gal capacity with 25 gal media volume and is powered by a 40 HP, 460V, 3-phase, 60 Hz motor. System includes a recirculation tank equipped with mixer and anchor-style stirrer, circulation pump, controls, piping, hoses, and support framework. Two Union Process equipment nameplates are dated 07/2018 and 05/2019
