PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Used Lanfranchi monoblock bottle unscrambler and orientator system consisting of Model L3-SR18/24 bottle unscrambler, Model OR-20P orientator with machine vision and bottle hopper feeder. The system is capable of handling bottle sizes from approximately 200 ml to 750 ml and can operate at speeds up to approximately 450 containers per minute depending on bottle size, geometry and machine setup. The unit was last running 375 ml flask-style bottles at speeds up to approximately 320 containers per minute. A vacuum conveyor is installed at the discharge to help stabilize bottles during transfer to downstream equipment. Includes bottle-specific change parts for 200 ml and 375 ml flask containers; additional change parts would be required for other bottle configurations. Built October 2004. Serial #14398-1038-04. Unit is reported to be in good condition.
