PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Used Zalkin Model CA9-320NG rotary screw capper with stainless steel and carbon steel construction. This 9-head chuck capper was last running a 28 mm screw cap on a 200 ml beverage bottle and is configured on approximately 4.5" centers. The machine is capable of speeds up to approximately 300 bottles per minute depending on bottle, cap and application. Includes rotary cap sorter, cap bowl and chute for automatic cap orientation and delivery to the capping section. The capper is driven by an external drive motor, which is not included. Possible applications include high-speed application of compatible screw caps to beverage, food, pharmaceutical, personal-care, household-product and other rigid containers.
