Functionality Notes and History:

Bought in 2016, 2nd owner, originally purchased to wrap recycled car batteries. Car battery business evaporated; only use periodically now. Has been good runner. Replaced bearings in wrapper arm assembly several years ago. Does about 10 pallets per week now. Video imbedded.
