Size range of 3/16” to 1” in mild steel.

Roll size: Straight 7-1/2” long, 5-7/8” diameter 2-1/4” bore
Concave 9” long, 6-1/8” diameter, 2-1/4” bore
Timken bearing rating – 27,000 at 25 fpm of bar.
Maximum gear box HP – 10 @ 25 fpm each gear box.
Roll shaft size – 2-1/4” at roll, 2” at bearings, heat-treated.
Roll change time – 1 hour: two rolls out & two rolls in.
Roll Material – D2 tool steel hardened throughout to 58-60 RC.
Gear Ratio 1:1, 1.7:1, 2.3:1.
Minimum recommended speed – 25 fpm
Maximum recommended speed – 250 fpm.
