Main Product Description

Used Fryma Model VME-2400 vacuum mixer with 2,400 liter working capacity, jacketed vessel construction, pharmaceutical-grade polished interior, and dual agitator drive systems. The vessel measures 63" overall diameter with jacket and 101" overall height to the top of the lid including legs. Interior dimensions are 61" diameter with 54" straight side, 11" dome top, and 11" dish bottom. The interior and jacket have working temperatures of 150°C, with the vessel interior rated -1/+1 bar and jacket rated 2.5 bar. Agitation includes a 7.5 HP motor driving a center 3-prop agitator and scrape agitator through a chain drive, plus a 50 HP motor driving a disperser-type agitator positioned off-center. The top includes an 8" flanged clamped opening, 6" glass inspection port with light, 2" sanitary fitting, 1.5" sanitary fitting, and two 1" threaded fittings. Bottom discharge is through a 6" sanitary connection with pneumatically operated valve. Fabrication number M10510. Requires 230/460 VAC, 3-phase electrical supply. Previously used for toothpaste and listed in good condition.
