PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Used Walker Model PZ-C3-PV 2,000-gallon 304 stainless steel jacketed processor kettle with dished top, coned bottom and scrape agitation. The vessel measures approximately 96" outside diameter x 72" straight side and is rated for 10 PSI at 250°F. The three-zone jacket is equipped with 2" valves and is rated for heating service at 15 PSI at 250°F and cooling service at 100 PSI at 100°F. Jacket connections include a 3" condensate connection with 4" outlet. Product discharge is through a 3" tri-clamp bottom outlet. The top head includes a 19" hinged manway with 4" sight glass, one 6" threaded nozzle, one 3" threaded nozzle, two 3" tri-clamp nozzles and two 2" tri-clamp nozzles. Scrape agitation is driven by a 3 HP motor and requires 230/460 VAC, 3-phase electrical service. The unit has some cosmetic scratches and dents in the outer skin but otherwise appears to be in good condition. Possible applications include mixing, blending, heating and cooling of compatible sauces, syrups, dairy products, creams, lotions, slurries and other liquid or viscous food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and general process products.
