PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Used Mix S.R.L. Model MXC2400 horizontal plow mixer, Serial #C484, built 2006, with approximately 2,400-liter / 85 cu. ft. total capacity. Internal mixing chamber dimensions are approximately 47.24" ID x 80.71" long. Product-contact parts are stainless steel. The mixer is driven by a 30 HP motor rated 60 Hz, 480/830 VAC, 3-phase. This unit does not include choppers. The jacket is rated for 2 bar at approximately 4–38°C. The vessel includes two large side-access doors measuring approximately 23.62" x 19.68", a cylinder-operated 16" x 18" square bottom discharge, multiple sanitary and flanged process connections, and actuated butterfly valves serving filter connections. The mixer is mounted on four load cells for batch weighing. Bottom connections include two 2.5" tri-clamp nozzles and two 1" RFSP flanges. Additional connections include two 4" plate-flange nozzles with actuated butterfly valves, one 8" RFSO connection with actuated butterfly valve, four 2.5" RFSO top connections, one 1" RFSO top connection and two 2" RFSO connections on the back end.
