PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Used Prater-Sterling Model EV-4522 hammer mill, Serial #5008932, last used for processing hemp fiber. The mill features carbon steel construction with swinging hammers and a 10" x 21" top feed opening for introducing compatible dry or fibrous material into the grinding chamber. Product exits through a bottom discharge after passing through the installed 3/16" perforated screens. Side access doors provide entry to the grinding chamber for inspection, cleaning and maintenance and are equipped with door interlock switches. The mill is driven by a 100 HP motor requiring 460 VAC, 3-phase electrical service and is mounted on a heavy-duty steel base.
