PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Used Wyssmont Turbo-Dryer rotary tray dryer equipped with 17 rows of 78" diameter rotating trays and stationary wipers for continuous product transfer through the drying chamber. The trays are approximately 19.25" wide and constructed of stainless steel and carbon steel, including some carbon steel replacement trays. The dryer is natural gas fired and includes the gas train and burner. Product enters through an approximately 15" x 4.75" top inlet and progressively moves from tray to tray before discharging through an approximately 5" x 15" bottom outlet with reducer. The dryer also has an approximately 21" x 33" exhaust outlet. The tray system is driven by a 3/4 HP, 1,750 rpm, 90 VDC motor with reducer. Approximate discharge height is 24" and overall dryer height is 155". System includes a cleated belt feed conveyor, natural gas train and burner. Possible applications include continuous controlled drying of compatible powders, crystals, granules, pellets, flakes and other suitable free-flowing or process materials.
