Unused aseptic small batch filling & closing machine

The GENiSYS R is easily configured to process all ready-to-use, nested, vial, syringe and cartridge formats for clinical and small batch commercial applications. The use of highly reliable robotics enables a complete system changeover in as little as thirty minutes.

The Factory Acceptance Test included the following formats:
• 1 ml long Gerresheimer Luer Cone syringe (RTU Nested) with vacuum piston insertion.
• 2R Ompi vial (RTU Nested) with 13 mm serum stopper and 13 mm aluminum crimp caps.
• 250 ml bottles with 32 mm serum stopper and 32 mm aluminum crimp caps (these bottles required custom nest assembly by others prior to filling).
• Wheaton 0.3 ml high-recovery vial: NOTE that while this line was originally intended to run this high-recovery vial, unable to find a suitable container/closure match (stoppers would not stay securely on the vial) and ultimately abandoned this format prior to the FAT.

Machine capable of handling 2mL to 50mL (ISO 2R – 50R) vials, 0.5mL to 50mL syringes, 1mL to 20mL cartridges
