It provides a large surface area for effective dough pressing, mimicking hand-pressed dough for a soft yet chewy texture, perfect for puff pastries—eliminating your worries.
Adjustable Thickness: You can adjust the thickness of the dough from 0 to 1.4 inches (0 to 35mm) as needed. The readable adjustment allows for precise control of the pressure, making it suitable for various dough types and ideal for professionally making puff pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.

You can press the dough back and forth without lifting it to the other side, making the process quick and convenient, avoiding deformation and ensuring effective pressing.
