Somaca "BM-132DRP" Glass Sander
Ideal for removing sharp edges after glass cutting, generating pencil or flat bevel profiles, smoothing, and prepping glass for cork-belt polishing.
Design/Configuration: The "DRP" designation points to a double-roller platen setup, allowing operators to switch or use supported roller configurations for contouring, flat smoothing, and edge seaming.
Wet Grinding System: Features an integrated water spray/nozzle system to keep the abrasive belt wet during operation, preventing heat buildup and minimizing harmful airborne glass dust.
Abrasive Belt Size: 4" x 132" wet/dry waterproof sanding belt (typically silicon carbide with wave or butt joints for bump-free operation).
