Brand new completely rebuild systems and make them like new to compete with systems like the RS and Rival. I'll attach some pics of what they look like after we rebuild them (completely servo driven). Attached are pictures of what we call Servo Flow.

The monitor that you see above the collating section, is actually a large Touch Screen PLC Interface. This machine was originally built for use with a folder/accumulator. But if it’s purchased as a “stand-alone” inserter, we will put an end-cap on the track.

Again, this unit has a brand new servo drive system, with servo motors on every feeder. All new rubber, shafts, bearings, etc. The unit is completely rewired, with a new PLC & programming as well.
(so like I stated in my last email, there are no manufacturer demanded software upgrades or changes...because of the PLC Controller).

We have two videos of it in operation (when it had the folder/accumulator). Speeds are in excess of 15k per hour.
