Multiple Blades Digital Label Cutter

The EZCUT 350R, the multiple blades digital die cutter, equipped
with maximum six blades, and heads distance that is fully automatic
adjustable with Al software control, is perfect for short to medium
length print finishing, and even more enticing is its ability
to automatically sheet to size without any additional equipment.
You can use the sheeting system inline with cutting, or as an
offline solution to cut roll products to any length needed! The
Arrow EZCut 350R is also designed with the end user in mind.

small volume on-demand label production including blank labels, ink
labels, chemical labels, beverage labels, bottled water labels,

High Precision feeding System

Utilizing the ultrasonic web-guide system, it makes the feeding
perfectly.

Digital Die-cutting System

EZCut 350R digital label die-cutter utilizes high precision
screw transmission system. Its max. speed can be 9m per
minute. It features individual controlling of the 4
heads, combined with the function of auto adjustment of the heads'
distance, which can be automatically dosed or opened according to
the label quantities.

Cold Laminating

With cold laminating function, your label will be bright
and perfect. The back line removal is optional.

CCD Identify System

The positioning sensor and CCD camera scans the marked points
printed on the material to obtain the cutting dies information and
feed it back to the machine control system, so as to realize the
digital cutting and cutting job exchanges automatically.

The Waste Removing System

The precision machinery design can control the roller rotating
uniform, avoid removing waste discontinuously due to unstable
pressure, and keep finished labels clean.

Precision Slitting System

It utilizes a rotary slitting mode, which can install max.
5 blades. A high speed with 100m per minute, it takes the place of
traditional slitting equipment completely.
