Dual-unit ESMA E992 automated ultrasonic passivation system configured as an 18-gallon dual process setup with four 60-gallon external storage tanks. The system includes two E992 process units, dedicated alkaline, stainless steel nitric acid, and two rinse tanks, along with pumps, filters, individual control boxes, UV lights, and a master controller subpanel. Chemical containment low-profile platforms are included, and the overall installed system footprint measures approximately 8'4" wide by 8'3" deep.
Each E992 process unit measures 43"W x 32"D. Storage cabinets measure 20"W x 34"D (21"W x 41"D with pumps and filters). The four 60-gallon tanks consist of an alkaline tank, a stainless steel nitric acid tank, Rinse #1 tank, and Rinse #2 tank. System also includes UV lights for rinse tanks, rinse spray manifolds in dryer covers, safety interlock switches, water immersion tank, and chemical containment platforms (four 50x50x6" platforms with connectors).
