5' x 10' Flat Table "Bridge Gantry"machine with User-Friendly"MATRIX" grooved phenolic vacuum table.
"X" Axis is 121", "Y" axis 61", "Z" axis stroke is 13.7" (348 mm), max. material thickness of 3.9" (100 mm). 
"X" &"Y" axis 315 FPM (96 MPM), "Z" axis is 82 FPM (25 MPM); machine head travels on THK linear motion guides on all axes. 
User-Friendly"MATRIX" Pro Plus grooved phenolic multi-zone vacuum table with (11) Pneumatic locator pop-up stops.
The work table is suitable for inlaying of a rubber gasket material, clamping of templates or vacuum pods &can be divided into various vacuum areas for manual loading of individual part processing.
Boring Head: (1) 3 HP (2.3 kW) motor, variable speed fr 1,500 - 7,500 RPM; (21) independent "Quick Change" vertical spindles.
Machining: (1) 17.7 HP (13.2 kW) High-speed constant duty Router with HSK F63 adaptor;
Programmable speed from 1,250 - 24,000 RPM, constant torque achieved at 9,000 RPM, RH or LH rotation.
Router is powered by a 14 kW frequency inverter; integrated air-jetlocated in the extraction hood.

The machine control is contained on a separate free-standing console that can be placed at either the LH or RH side of the machine.
WoodWOP can be programmed offline with the same intuitive icon-driven software that the operator has on the machine controller.
