Homag "Mouldteq M-300" Moulder - CNC ATS - 6-Head (2021)
Cast Iron Machine Frame for maximum stability and rigidity. 
Head Configuration:5-Head (B-R-L-T-T-B), working capacity 250 x 160 mm (9-13/16" x 6-5/16"). 
Spindle Sequence:1. Bottom 11 kW (15 HP), 2. right 7.5 kW (10 HP), 3. left 7.5 kW (10 HP), 4. top 11 kW (15 HP), 5. top 15 kW (20HP) and,6. bottom 11 kW (15 HP). 
Spindles: diameter 40 mm(1-9/16"). All spindles 8,000 RPM, except 1st bottom spindle 6,000 RPM. All spindles with brakes. Equipped withproLock quick-clamping system. 
Motorized Adjustment of working height and width, operated with powerTouch2 control unit from central control panel.
Feed System:Variable feed speed 6-24 m/Min (19-78 FPM) with 4 kW (5.5 HP) motor. Overhead feed wheels with pneumatic pressure. Triple feed wheels supplied. Short stock attachment.(2) powered table rollers in machine table, 1st roller grooved before 1st bottom spindle, and (1) smooth roller at outfeed.  Cardan drive, chainless, maintenance-free. Pneumatically assisted hold-down on top spindle. 
MachineTables:Made of hardened steel, chromed. Infeed straightening table is 2,500 mm(8'- 2") with adjustable fence & adjustable outfeed table; (1)side pressure roller mounted to infeed table. Pneumatically assisted side pressure rollers opposite right spindle (#2). 
Machine Management: HOMAGpowerTouch2 direct & simple operation by touch screen, 30% faster than most existing systems. Rapid motorized spindle adjustment. Setting of all machine parameters and storage of moulding programs. 
Complete with: Separate control cabinet on swiveling arm, incorporating controls of all machine functions.  Central lubrication, located at the front of the machine, and automatic bed lubrication pump. Full sound/safety enclosure, with illumination inside.  Emergency stop buttons.
