Product Description
This used PET bottle packaging line was designed for high-speed beverage bottling applications, previously handling juice concentrate and paste in 500 ml and 1000 ml PET bottles at a throughput of 6,500 bottles per hour.
The line includes two FEDERAL 12-head rotary fillers for fast and accurate liquid filling, a LANXESS DT 6S Velcorin dosing unit for microbial stabilization, and a ZALKIN CA4/320NG 4-head capper for secure closure using PET screw caps.
Labeling is handled by a Cavagnino & Gatti front and back labeling system with 7 head stations, ensuring precise branding and compliance. Final packaging involves a MECO PAK 96-7122 carton packer/wrapper and Inter SYSTEM ComPact 128 palletizer for automation through to palletization.
All controls, conveyors, and interfacing hardware are included for seamless integration and turnkey operation.
