The Y-600 features one large baking chamber/deck capable of accommodating up to six 16” pizzas at one time, making it an excellent choice for operations requiring substantial production capacity without moving to a conveyor-style oven.
Please note: Although the oven has two front doors, this is a SINGLE-DECK oven. The upper/main door accesses the large baking chamber. The lower door provides access to the burner area and is not a second cooking chamber.
