The Big Stone CNC Double Miter Metal Band Saw Line (DMA Series) covers the 500DMA (600 mm / 23.6 in. hydraulic infeed), 5015DMA (1500 mm / 59.1 in. servo infeed), 5030 / 5050DMA (2500 / 4500 mm / 8.2 / 14.8 ft servo infeed), and 650DMA to 1300DMA (Heavy Dual-Column Gantry 440 × 650 mm to 700 × 1300 mm / 17.3 × 25.6 in. to 27.6 × 51.2 in.). Featuring +60° to -45° (or 90°/left 45°30°/right 45°30°) auto- swivel CNC mitering (0.1° accuracy) and direct roller infeed, the series executes continuous opposite-angle cutting with no workpiece flipping required on 6m–12m (20–40 ft) structural steel. Standard DMA machines include an infeed powered servo roller table of approx. 2300 mm / 90.6 in. (feeder) with optional modular outfeed miter auxiliary tables in 1m, 2m, 3m, and 5m lengths (passive idle roller design). All machines are CE Certified and engineered for high-volume structural steel framing, shipbuilding, and heavy fabrication plants.
