100 gallon Ross Model PVM-100 Triple Motion stainless steel vacuum mixer with stainless steel jacketed change can. Mixer incorporates three separate mixing actions: one three-wing anchor agitator with side and bottom scrapers driven by a 10 HP motor, one high-speed disperser driven by a 10 HP motor, and one high-shear rotor-stator emulsifier driven by a 25 HP motor. The three mixing systems provide sweep agitation, high-speed dispersion and rotor-stator high-shear processing within the same vessel. Unit is equipped with hydraulic lift for raising the mixing head and removal/changeover of the vessel. Stainless steel change can has jacketed construction, bottom outlet and open-top configuration for engagement with the mixer head. Includes separate electrical control panel with individual mixer controls. Mixer is mounted on a structural steel base and includes hydraulic components and accumulator.
