Townsend SK 11-320 open-top membrane skinner, built for high-yield removal of membrane and silver skin from pork and beef muscle, with the flexibility to handle tongues, liver, tripe, fish, and poultry. Applications include tenders, flat irons, eye of round, loin tails, and ham membrane, with throughput of up to 300 to 400 pieces per hour depending on product and tooth roll selection. The stainless steel frame features a bottomless base and fully exposed casters for efficient sanitation, an adjustable air manifold, a sliding electrical box for service access, and quick blade changeover. Compact footprint of approximately 32" W x 29" D x 39" H, mounted on locking casters for easy repositioning on the line.
