The Thermo Scientific Savant SpeedVac SPD1030 is an integrated vacuum concentrator designed for rapid drying and concentration of aqueous and compatible organic-solvent samples, including DNA/RNA, proteins, enzymes, and HPLC fractions. This unit is equipped with a 1.5 mL microcentrifuge-tube rotor.

Rotor: 1.5–2.0 mL microcentrifuge-tube rotor; the RH40-11 version holds 40 tubes with approximately 1.2–1.6 mL working volume per tube.
Temperature range: Ambient to 80°C.
Maximum vacuum: <10 Torr (13 mbar).
Integrated system: Includes a diaphragm vacuum pump, –50°C cold trap, and vacuum gauge, eliminating the need for separate external components.
Versatile capacity: The SPD1030 can accommodate up to 120 × 1.5 mL tubes, depending on the rotor installed, as well as 15 mL and 50 mL tubes and microwell plates with appropriate rotors.
