NEW ZOPO SHL50PC

The ZOPO SHL50PC Horizontal CNC Lathe is a compact, high-performance turning solution designed for precision machining, productive cycle times, and versatile part processing. Equipped with the FANUC 0i-TF Plus CNC control, a powerful spindle, and a 12-station BMT45 power-driven turret, the SHL50PC provides the capabilities required for demanding production environments and a wide range of turning applications.

Built around a rigid 30-degree integral structure, the SHL50PC combines stability with high-speed axis movement. Its A2-6 spindle delivers speeds from 50 to 4,500 rpm, while X- and Z-axis rapid traverse rates of 30 m/min support efficient machining and reduced non-cutting time. The machine provides a maximum turning diameter of Ø280 mm, maximum turning length of 500 mm, and maximum swing over bed of Ø500 mm.

The BMT45 12-station power turret expands machining flexibility by supporting driven tooling, allowing the SHL50PC to perform more operations in a single setup. Combined with rigid tapping capability and a hydraulic tailstock, this configuration makes the machine well suited to both shaft and chucking applications where productivity, accuracy, and process consolidation are important.
