Mark-10 ES20 Manual Force Test Stand w/ Keyence K-G32 Sensor Hand Wheel 100 lbf The Mark-10 ES20 is a manually operated force test stand that provides controlled vertical movement for testing and measurement applications. The included Keyence LK-G32 is a non-contact laser displacement sensor designed for precision dimensional and displacement measurement.This setup has been actively used by us for brief functional testing rather than simply being pictured. The Mark-10 stand was used to precisely move several Keyence sensors while displacement was monitored through a compatible Keyence controller/display.The travel of the force stand was independently checked using a World Instruments digital caliper. Pulled from a working system. Used Mark-10 ES20 Manual Force Test Stand with Keyence LK-G32 laser displacement sensor and long steel mounting bar. The manual test stand operates properly and was used during our in-house testing of five Keyence LK-G32 laser displacement sensors. The included LK-G32 sensor has been tested and verified to be working using a compatible Keyence LK controller/display. The sensor powered normally with green LASER, STABILITY, and GO indicators and produced stable live displacement measurements without errors. Movement of the Mark-10 stand was independently checked using a World Instruments digital caliper. During one test, approximately 4 mm of verified stand travel produced an observed Keyence measurement change of approximately 3.9996 mm. This was performed as an in-house functional test and is not a calibration certification. See pictures. See description for full specs.
