Overview
Alliance Manufacturing AquaMaster Model CB-1200 continuous belt aqueous parts washing system designed for continuous in-line cleaning, rinsing, rust-inhibitor application and heated blow-off drying of production components.
Parts are loaded onto a 12" wide stainless-steel flat-wire conveyor belt and conveyed through the machine's three liquid process stages followed by a heated blow-off drying section.
Machine provides a 12" wide product opening with 12" maximum product clearance and an adjustable conveyor speed of approximately 1–6 feet per minute.
