FoodTools CS-10E Semi-Automatic Sheet Product Slicer
The FoodTools CS-10E is a commercial sheet-pan portioning machine used by medium-to-large bakeries and food manufacturers to slice full sheets of food into perfectly uniform, retail-ready portions. Instead of cutting a product one row at a time, it cuts an entire sheet pan simultaneously to drastically increase production speed, eliminate human error, and minimize product waste.

How It Works:

Loading: A worker places a full baking sheet or a traybake directly onto the cutting platform
X-Axis Cut: The operator activates the pneumatic system, and the blade assembly descends to slice the entire sheet into long vertical strips
Y-Axis Cut: The cutting platform is rotated 90 degrees, and the blades descend a second time to slice across the strips, completing the grid of squares or rectangles
Power Source: It runs completely on compressed air (pneumatics) rather than electricity, making it safe for washdown environments
