The AutoCrib RoboCrib LX2000 is a high-capacity automated industrial inventory management and dispensing system designed to securely control tools, MRO supplies, cutting tools, replacement parts, consumables and other production inventory directly at the point of use.

The system can be configured with up to 2,574 individual bins or unique SKUs while occupying less than 27 square feet of floor space.

Its automated counter-rotating carousel system positions requested inventory at the access door, allowing users to retrieve items in under 10 seconds. Unlike conventional coil-style vending machines, the RoboCrib can accommodate a wide range of product sizes and shapes without requiring individual repackaging or dropping the dispensed item.

The system is designed to provide controlled employee access while tracking inventory usage, transactions and returns. Depending upon system configuration and software, users can be identified through employee numbers, proximity cards, key fobs, magnetic-stripe cards, barcodes or PINs.

The RoboCrib LX2000 is suitable for manufacturing plants, maintenance departments, aerospace facilities, machine shops, fabrication operations and other industrial environments requiring controlled point-of-use access to tools, parts and MRO inventory.
