This industrial bone soup cooking kettle supports gas heating or electric heating options. It comes with a removable mesh lifting basket, matched with an electric hoist lifting system. The lifting system can hoist the basket out of the pot conveniently, helping separate raw materials from soup and simplify material taking. Constructed with food-grade stainless steel, the pot is corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and ideal for stewing bone broth, soup stock and similar products in food processing plants.
