This GEA/Flow Tech Complete Sugar Silo System, newly built in 2019, is a fully integrated, high-capacity storage and processing system designed for sugar handling in juice concentrate applications. Housed within a purpose-built building with dimensions of 11m (W) x 10m (D) x 14m (H), the system includes all core infrastructure: storage, sifting, mixing, control, and conveyance.
It consists of a 1685m³ (85,000-liter / 22,486 US gal) stainless steel sugar silo, Scan-Vibro twin sifter, two stainless steel mixing tanks (5500L and 2500L), and an integrated control system. Supporting components include pumps, sensors, agitators, piping, valves, stairways, and platforms for safe, efficient operation.
