Description
This used VC999 RS-420 Rollstock Compact MAP Thermoformer is a professional-grade automatic thermoforming machine designed for Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP). It is constructed from stainless steel and features a 423mm (17") film width, with a maximum depth of draw ranging from 50mm to 185mm (2"), allowing for flexible packaging options.
The unit includes an FT 500 film top automatic labeler and operates with soft film, providing high-quality vacuum packaging for meat, fish, cheese, salads, fruits, vegetables, and other food products. With a capacity of 6-8 indexes per minute (360-480 indexes per hour), this machine is designed for efficient high-volume production.
The packaging process is fully automated, including tray forming, vacuum sealing, cutting, and optional labeling. The operator can program indexing, speed, time, temperature, and vacuum levels, allowing for customized packaging solutions.
