This Used KapsAll VOL-32-8 Inline Piston Filler is a precision liquid filling machine configured with five 36 oz piston heads and 3/4” stainless steel nozzles, engineered for semi-viscous and viscous liquids. It features a 6” wide by 12’ long conveyor with plastic belting and variable speed controls to match different production requirements.
Equipped with an Allen Bradley MicroLogix PLC and a touchscreen operator interface, this filler offers user-friendly programming and accurate volume control. Operates left to right and includes pneumatic integration requiring 80–90 PSI and 3–5 SCFM. Ideal for mid-speed production lines needing flexible, reliable performance.
