Comprehensively tested, used Greaves model HS10 stainless steel high shear mixer. Has 150mm diameter 4-blade mixing head and 900mm long shaft. Direct driven by 10 HP 380/420 volt 3/50 2850 rpm motor. Mounted on stand with manually operated raise/lower.
