A refurbished Agilent 1200 Series G1365D multiple wavelength detector. It records absorbance at up to eight wavelengths at once for identification and quantitation in a single run.
Every unit moves through the GenTech Certified process. What Agilent says about this platform
Agilent built the G1365D around a 1024-element photodiode array with deuterium and tungsten lamps, covering 190 to 950 nanometers. Data rate reaches up to 80 Hz across up to 8 simultaneous wavelengths. Short-term noise runs about 1 x 10-5 AU at 254 and 750 nanometers, with drift under 2 x 10-3 AU per hour at 254 nanometers. Linear absorbance extends to 2 AU. A built-in holmium oxide filter verifies wavelength accuracy to within 1 nanometer. Programmable wavelength switching selects a different wavelength automatically during a run. A temperature-controlled flow cell holds the signal steady against ambient temperature swings. Early Maintenance Feedback tracks lamp burn time against a user-set limit and keeps an electronic record of maintenance and errors. The detector communicates over CAN, GPIB, RS-232C, and APG Remote, with LAN available as an option.

What “GenTech Certified” means
Refurbishment at GenTech is a defined process, not a wipe-down. Every system moves through the same five stages.
1. Disassembly and rebuild. Solution Scientists strip the instrument down, clean each module inside and out, and rebuild it from the frame up. They replace pump seals, pistons, and check valves to specification.
2. Configuration and new parts. Solution Scientists install the options and modules you selected and fit new wear parts throughout. They replace the detector lamp with a new one and reset the lamp hours.
3. Diagnostic and performance testing. Solution Scientists tune and calibrate the instrument, run system diagnostics, and confirm detector wavelength accuracy. They test full-system pressure and gradient performance against OEM and published benchmarks using known reference chemicals.
4. Data package you approve before shipment. The verification data goes to you for approval before the system leaves the bench. You see exactly how the instrument performs before it ships.
5. Delivery and installation. The instrument ships in protective packing with a one-year warranty option and professional installation available from a GenTech Solution Scientist.
