Hayes & Stolz Model DA20 × 08FT dual-shaft paddle blender with 304 stainless steel construction. Features an approximately 40 in wide × 96 in long mixing chamber with dual counter-rotating shafts and adjustable 3/8 in stainless steel paddles. Equipped with a 30 HP, 1,800 RPM TEFC motor, 230/460 V, 3-phase, 60 Hz electrical, heavy-duty gearbox and drive assembly, and 2.0 drive service factor. Includes stainless steel bolted/gasketed cover, grate over discharge, spray bars, and floating air-purge shaft seals. Product temperature rating is 300°F. Original process design information lists wet cake capacity of approximately 35,387 lb/hr at 71.4 PCF, dry/add-back material at 33,531 lb/hr at 30 PCF, and syrup at 20,862 lb/hr at 71.8 PCF.
