The Roto-Finish Spiratron Model ST-40 is a heavy-duty industrial rotary bowl vibratory finishing and polishing machine designed for mass deburring, descaling, radiusing, and polishing of both metal and plastic parts. Featuring a 40-cubic-foot processing capacity, the unit utilizes a stress-relieved, all-welded steel bowl lined with high-durability 90-durometer cast polyurethane for maximum wear resistance and optimal media rebound. Its processing chamber is isolated from the stable base frame via a tuned coil-spring tub suspension system. The machine's drive system comprises a precision vertical drive shaft with heavy-duty spherical roller bearings and adjustable eccentric weight segments, allowing operators to modify vibration amplitude and centrifugal force.
