The MILLTRONICS ML-16, manufactured in 2007, is a versatile CNC Teach Lathe equipped with a CENTURION 7 control system. This machine is designed for precision and efficiency, featuring a robust 10/12 HP motor and an operating spindle speed ranging from 100 to 4000 RPM. It offers significant versatility, with an X travel of 11 inches and a Z travel of 44.5 inches, making it suitable for various machining tasks.

The lathe is equipped with an 8" 3-jaw chuck, tailstock, and live center for flexible workholding and support. Additionally, it includes a steady rest for enhanced stability during operations. It can handle a swing over bed of 17.5 inches, a swing over cross slide of 7.48 inches, and a swing over gap of 25.9 inches, making it capable of accommodating large workpieces. The tailstock is fitted with a quill that travels 6 inches and features an MT4 taper, providing secure support for longer pieces.

With a machining length of 40 inches and a gap length of 12.75 inches, the ML-16 is well-suited for both detailed and larger scale projects.
