Has an annular gear on its underside for being power driven
Has the pinion to drive the chuck, along with 12" diameter plain bearing
Shaft mounted to it sticks from back side 58"
Shaft has two bearing journals, one is 12" diameter and 20" long, and one on end 8" diameter and just under 10" long
