2022 MicroThermics UHT/HTST Lab-25 SIP laboratory and pilot-scale thermal processing system configured for direct steam injection processing. Sanitary stainless steel system features tubular product preheating and cooling, direct steam injection final heating, vacuum cooling/deaeration chamber, variable hold-tube configurations, sanitary positive displacement pumps, automated process valves, pressure and temperature instrumentation, insulated sanitary process piping, touchscreen HMI controls, process data logging and steam-in-place sterilization capability. Includes MicroThermics/Bertoli Atomo 3.0 high-pressure in-line homogenizer rated to 600 Bar (approximately 8,700 PSI), featuring 3-piston design, 2-stage homogenization and Siemens SIMATIC HMI; MicroThermics Clean-Fill Hood with sterile product outlet and dual filling configuration; and 2022 Electro-Steam Model LB-040 clean steam generator rated 40 kW, 4 BHP and 100 PSI maximum pressure. Integrated pilot processing system for controlled HTST/UHT thermal processing, homogenization, vacuum cooling and sanitary filling of liquid products.
