2000 DCG-4020NC CNC Double-Column Surface and Guideway Grinding Machine
To achieve high-precision grinding across the entire table surface, the cross rail is equipped with our original adjustment mechanism to maintain straightness. Since post-assembly adjustment of the cross rail’s straightness is difficult, we perform repeated pre-grinding to set tendency alignment. This mechanism allows adjustments to be made without removing the cross rail, even years after delivery when adjustments become necessary.
