Overview
The AAON P79990 Direct Spark Ignition Module is a genuine OEM ignition control box for the gas heat sections of AAON commercial HVAC equipment. Operating on 24 VAC / 60 Hz, the module manages the ignition sequence for gas-fired burners: it generates the spark that lights the burner, monitors flame presence through the flame sensing circuit, and automatically shuts off gas if no stable flame is detected.
