ALL INVOICES MUST BE PAID IN FULL WITHIN 24 HOURS OF CLOSING OF THE SALE

All Invoices must be paid in full within 24 hours of closing of the sale. 
Acceptable forms of payment: Wire transfer only

Once the sale concludes, you'll receive an invoice from [email protected]. In the case of a multi-day auction, invoices will be issued on the final day after all lots have been sold.
Occasionally, our emails may be directed to your spam folder. If you haven't received the email in your inbox within 1-2 hours after the auction ends, please contact us at (480) 455-3910.
Your invoice will be sent to the email address you provided during registration on Bidspotter. Please ensure that all your contact information is current to avoid any missed communication.
If you're curious about which lots you've won before the sale concludes, you can always check the status of your lots under "My Bidspotter" located on the top right side of the Bidspotter page.
If You Are Tax Exempt:
In order to remove your tax we need a copy of your tax exemption form on file for each sale.

The state of California requires sales tax to be collected on all equipment purchases unless the buyer provides a valid California Resale Certificate accepted by the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA).

California does not accept out-of-state resale certificates. Buyers claiming resale exemption must be properly registered with the CDTFA and provide a completed California resale certificate prior to invoicing.

The state of California does not allow for any out of state manufacturing exemptions for items leaving the state.

All exemption documentation is subject to review and approval. If valid documentation is not received, applicable sales tax will be charged.

We will consider all items abandoned if they remain onsite past the deadline.

Machinery Removal Notes:
Customers are responsible for prepping, draining fluids, and locking and blocking all machinery for removal. KD Auctions will not be responsible for any onsite loading of machinery or other items.
Unless an item can be carried by hand a rigger must be hired to move your items, no exceptions.
