The 2023 Otinus PCV-3015-DG CNC plasma cutting table features a full overall dimension of 144 x 90 x 59 inches (3650 x 2280 x 1500 mm) with a total weight of 2650 lb (1200 kg). Built with a welded steel and aluminum frame construction supported by six adjustable legs, the unit features a ventilated downdraft table design measuring 122 x 60 inches (3100 x 1520 mm) with a 120 x 60 inch (3000 x 1500 mm) working area, a load capacity of 5510 lb (2500 kg), and 9 inches (240 mm) of clearance between the table surface and gantry beam. Motion control utilizes a rack and pinion drive on the X/Y axes and a precision ball screw drive on the Z axis with THC MyPlasmCNC height control. Powered by MyPlasmCNC software, it supports 2D AutoCAD (.dxf), PLT (.hpgl, .plt), G-code (.tap, .txt), and MyMiniCAD (.2d) file formats. Operational capabilities include rapid traverse/idle speeds up to 985 in/min (25 m/min) and cutting speeds up to 787 in/min (20 m/min).
