Heating: All Electric Rack Mounted Nickel Chrome Heating Elements with 120kW of input to heat the furnace. Elements are SCR fired for temperature control and include a high temperature contactor for over temperature protection. Full load amperage are estimated at 165 amps / 480 VAC / 3 Phase. There is a 200 Amp Disconnect on Panel for main power source.

Insulation: 6" thick ceramic fiber blanket, edge stacked and compressed to 10#/CF. Hot face rigidized to prevent wind erosion.

Temperature Controls: Standard instrumentation includes a Eurotherm Nanodac recorder / controller and high limit controller. Instruments are mounted and wired in a floor standing enclosure mounted on the furnace. Two certified type K thermocouple assemblies are included with the furnace. Nanodac will record up to 20 points. One recorder channel is used to record the furnace temperature in addition to the 20-point on the Nanodac. The controller can be ethernet connected to a PC and send all encrypted data to the PC for storage and or printing. Temperature control has 3 zones of control. The controller will turn off individual zones as designed for proper control.

• SCR to Fire Elements with fusing

• Push buttons for elements
• Easily connected via ethernet to clients PLC / or central control panel for amperage monitoring and control
