Manufacturer Information
Mueller
Mueller manufactures stainless steel tanks and process vessels used in brewing, beverage, dairy, food, and other liquid-processing industries. Large jacketed fermentation tanks provide controlled cooling for fermentation, conditioning, storage, and other temperature-sensitive processing applications.
This 2010 Mueller 8,300-gallon fermentation tank features 304 stainless steel construction, a three-zone cooling jacket, 14.9 PSI internal vessel rating, cone-bottom design, and four-leg support mounting.
Description
Available for sale is a used Mueller 8,300-gallon 304 stainless steel jacketed fermentation tank, Serial Number 18101280301-09, built in 2010.
The vessel measures approximately 117" internal diameter x 143" straight side x 267" overall height and features a dome top with cone bottom.
The internal vessel is rated for 14.9 PSI at 100°F. Temperature control is provided by a three-zone cooling jacket, with the jacket stated as rated for 100 PSI at 10°F. The multiple cooling zones provide the ability to manage cooling across different areas of the vessel during fermentation, conditioning, or temperature-controlled storage.
The cone bottom includes a 16" manway for vessel access and a 3" center-bottom outlet for product discharge. The vessel is supported on four legs.
At approximately 267" (22'3") overall height and 117" (9'9") internal diameter, this is a large industrial vessel that should be evaluated for facility clearances, foundation requirements, rigging access, and oversized transportation.
