The 2017 Tsugami SS207-II with IMG 250LS Laser is a 5-axis Swiss-type automatic screw machine featuring a 20 mm (0.787 in) maximum machining diameter and a 2.2 kW main spindle capable of speeds from 200 to 10,000 RPM. Designed for precision manufacturing, it offers a maximum machining length of 8.26 inches (210 mm), rapid traverse rates of 32 m/min, and a back spindle operating from 200 to 10,000 RPM with 3.2 inches (80 mm) front ejection capacity. The machine integrates a B1 axis tool spindle with servo-controlled positioning from 0 to 110 degrees, utilizing ER16 collets for the main spindle and ER11 for the sub-spindle.
