Vulcan LG300 Description
Great for medium-volume applications, the Vulcan LG300 commercial gas fryer has a 35- to 40-pound oil capacity, while its frypot has a 14-inch by 14-inch cooking area and is made of durable stainless steel. A large cold zone underneath the fryer baskets helps the unit cook fresh-tasting food by keeping food sediment from burning and affecting the taste of the oil between oil changes or filterings. An oversized, 11⁄4-inch full-port drain empties the oil quickly and thoroughly to ensure changing it is convenient, reducing downtime and minimizing labor involvement.

Twin baskets come with this Vulcan LG300 gas fryer for holding fries, tater tots, and other product as it cooks. After the product is done, the baskets can hang on the rod behind the tank while oil drains off. This unit operates between 200 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit, and the user can set this level to suit different products. Because of its millivolt system, this fryer does not require an electrical hookup.
