This Used Aaron Process MBG200-125 Vacuum Drying Sigma Mixer features a 200-gallon (26.74 cubic foot) capacity with all-stainless steel construction and a heavy-duty double nobben blade design for efficient mixing and drying of viscous or powder materials.
The mixer includes a jacketed and insulated trough, cored shafts, and a vacuum-rated cover, making it ideal for thermal drying under vacuum in a clean room-grade environment. The system is ASME code constructed and rated to 200 PSI at 450°F and -20°F. It includes a 125 HP motor, VFDs, control panels, and a top-mounted stainless Mikro Pulsaire dust collector.
